Store Assistant suitable mainly for shopping areas and can be used both for small shops and large super malls. Installation guide

  • 1. First of all, you need extract all files from zip archive (store_assistant.zip) into your simple directory.
  • 2. Copy all files from simple directory to server/localhost directory.
  • 3. Install all additional librares (requirements) via Composer.
    • 3.1 How to install Composer you can find out here.
    • 3.2 Open your simple directory(project directory) in shell(terminal) for example: /var/www/html/store_assistant (Linux) and another way in Windows OS.
    • 3.3 In shell(terminal) run next commamd.
      • 3.3.1 If you’ve had installed Composer you can run $ sudo php composer.phar self-update.
      • 3.3.2 Install all additional librares (requirements) $ sudo php composer.phar install.
  • 4. Import database.
    • 4.1 Host.
      • 4.1.1 Create new user.
      • 4.1.2 Create new database.
      • 4.1.3 Add new user into new database and give him all permissions.
      • 4.1.4 Use phpmyadmin for importing database schema from “your_simple_directory/public/DB_import/store_assistant.sql”.
    • 4.2 Localhost.
      • 4.2.1 Use phpmyadmin or another program, import database schema from “your_simple_directory/public/DB_import/store_assistant.sql”.
  • 5. Setting access to database host/localhost.
    • 5.1 In your host/localhost open and edit ”/config/autoload/bjyauthorize.global.php”, with next options: $dbParams = array(     'database' => 'your_db_name',     'username' => 'your_user_name',     'password' => 'your_password',     'hostname' => 'localhost', // your host name, default localhost, you can find out in your host provider );
  • 6. After that you can run “Store Assistant” and enjoy it. All data information from database was created to present “Store Assistant” demo version, you can edit or delate it.

  • Apache Webserver – version 2.x
  • PHP 5.6 +
  • MySQL 5.2 +
  • Zend Framework 2 is included in the project.
